What does catering software cost?
List prices for the plan a small party service would buy to replace Word, Excel, and WhatsApp. Net, VAT excluded. Kolsche’s first year is €1 plus eleven months at the stated price.

€49 covers the job of Catermonkey’s €125 staff-planning tier and MICE Regular at €199. It is not the cheapest tool if all you need is to send a PDF.
Kolsche does not sell e-sign, a web shop, a DATEV export, or recipe-margin costing.
Ktering’s €1,788 is the subscription only. CaterSmart with the AI Copilot is €390/month, €4,680 in year one. Univents’ comparison page also quotes a monthly quotes plan near €55 and a full platform near €299; this table uses the annual rates on univents.app/preise.
